Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Safari Travel Plus reserves the right to decline any booking request.
All prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the client.

Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all clients travelling with Safari Travel Plus. Your policy must include cover for:
You must provide proof of insurance before departure. Safari Travel Plus cannot be held responsible for any costs arising from a client's failure to obtain adequate insurance.
It is the client's responsibility to obtain all necessary vaccinations, medications and health documentation required for travel to Kenya and any other destinations on the itinerary. We recommend consulting a travel health clinic or your GP at least 8 weeks before departure.
Safari Travel Plus accepts no liability for illness arising from failure to take appropriate health precautions. Yellow fever vaccination may be required depending on your origin country — check with your country's embassy or health authority.
Safari Travel Plus acts as an agent in arranging accommodation, transport, activities and other services provided by independent third-party suppliers (lodges, airlines, ground handlers). We exercise reasonable care in selecting these suppliers but do not control their operations.
Our liability to you is limited to the direct services provided by us. We are not liable for loss, injury, damage or delay caused by third-party suppliers, acts of God, force majeure events, or the client's own actions or negligence.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.
If you experience a problem during your safari, please raise it immediately with your guide or driver so that we have the opportunity to rectify it. You can also contact our Nairobi office directly during your trip.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction during the safari, please submit a written complaint to info@safaritravelplus.com within 14 days of your return. Complaints received after this period may not be considered.
