How To Book

Booking your safari with Safari Travel Plus is simple and flexible:

90 Days or More Before Your Safari: Secure your booking with a 35% deposit.

45 Days Before Your Safari: If you paid 35% earlier, a further 15% deposit (making a total of 50%) will be required.

Within 45 Days of Your Safari: A 50% deposit secures your booking.

Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is payable upon arrival, before your safari begins.

DAY 1: Aberdares National Park

Depart Nairobi after your breakfast and head north towards Mt Kenya You will arrive at the Aberdares Treetops Lodge for lunch, Dinner and overnight stay at the Aberdares treetops lodge. Aberdares Treetops Lodge is located in the Aberdares National Park in Mweiga and is 17 km from Out span Nyeri. The lodge rises straight out of the ground on stilts and has four decks and a rooftop viewing platform. Being the original tree lodge, Treetops is legendry for its royal connection and the animals it attracts i.e. Rhinos, Elephants, Buffalos, Bushbucks, Waterbucks and many other species. Stay at the Aberdares Treetops Lodge for game viewing at the rooftop viewing platform.

DAY 2: Samburu National Park

Breakfast at the lodge and then enjoy the morning game drive in Aberdares. You will then proceed to your lodge for lunch. Samburu national reserve is renowned for a range of rare game like the reticulated giraffe, gravy's zebra, long necked gerenuk and the beisa Oryx. There are also thousands of species of birds including the Masai ostrich.

Samburu came to the international limelight in the early 2000 when a lioness adopted several baby Oryx, each at different times. This made researchers from all over the world camp at the park in an effort to understand this unusual and unexpected animal behavior.

Proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: Samburu National Park

Early morning game drive. Then go back to the lodge for breakfast and then have a leisure morning at the lodge. Or you can also join an optional tour to the Samburu Village (at an extra cost) where the locals live. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drives at the park.

Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: Naivasha

After breakfast depart to Naivasha. Arrive in time for lunch, in the afternoon visit the crescent Island.

Dinner and overnight at hotel/lodge.

DAY 5: Masai Mara

After Breakfast depart Lake to the famous Maasai Mara, Champagne welcome on arrival and escorted to your room. Afternoon game drive will be provided to be followed by a romantic dinner and overnight at your lodge.

DAY 6: Masai Mara

An optional early balloon safari followed by Champagne Breakfast. Afternoon at leisure to enjoy the hotel facilities. Optional Sundowner which involves been taken to a special spot where hot and cold canapés has been arranged for you giving you chance to witness the glorious sunsets in the most magnificent of settings).

Dinner and overnight at same lodge.

DAY 7: Masai Mara

Full day in Masai Mara with Game drives.

DAY 8: Leave Masai Mara

After breakfast and your final game viewing session, depart the Mara region for Nairobi with lunch enroute (or optional venture for nature walk and visit the Masai Manyatta at an extra cost). Arriving Nairobi late afternoon. Drop of at your hotel
