Rufiji River Camp
A superb 270-degree view awaits you at Rufiji River camp which is situated in the north-eastern part of the Selous Game Reserve on a high bank overlooking the mighty Rufiji River and the plain beyond.
The camp itself is a simple affair, consisting of permanent tented accommodation with an open-sided, palm thatch restaurant and bar.
Besides walking safaris and 4×4 excursions, a major attraction at Rufiji River Camp is the boat trip along the Rufiji River and the adjoining lakes where hippo, crocodile and 400 species of bird can be observed. Sport fishing facilities are available.
