Sanctuary Kusini
Perfectly sited in a cluster of rocky outcrops in the Serengeti National Park, Kusini is a permanent tented camp which blends seamlessly into the delicate environment of the predator-rich plains of the Serengeti.
The renowned Serengeti National Park covers more than 14 763 sq.kilometres, making it one of the world’s largest wildlife sanctuaries and aptly illustrates the name Serengeti, which means “endless plains” in the Maasai language.
The camp has 12 luxurious tents positioned beneath acacia trees in such a way as to maximise the view from the large and private wooden veranda. Each tent has its own attendant to ensure all guests’ needs are met. The camp has been designed to have a minimal impact on the environment and can be packed up and moved without leaving any trace.
The dining area, lounge and library at Kusini are housed in the main public area, which affords great views from its wooden deck. Enjoy game drives through this beautiful wilderness and experience Africa as it was meant to be – wild, untamed and strikingly beautiful.
Kusini is located in the south-central area of the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.
