Serra Cafema Camp
Serra Cafema Camp is located in a very remote part of Namibia, on the banks of the Kunene River.
The camp is situated under the shade of Albia trees, overlooking the Kunene River. The Ozoganda (main living area) accommodates indoor and outdoor dining, has a sunken lounge, river bar and swimming pool, and you can relax and enjoy the diverse and beautiful scenery from this comfortable area.
The camp is elevated on wooden decks, and the main area is connected to the chalets with raised wooden walkways.
There are a number of exciting and unique activities to keep you busy. You can explore the dunes by quad bike or 4X4, or for a more relaxing outing, take a trip down the Kunene River. You can also go on beautiful walks in the remote mountain and river valleys.
The local Himba people, some of the last nomadic people of Africa, frequently visit the camp, giving you the chance to learn about their lifestyle and traditions.
Serra Cafema Camp is located in the extreme Northwest of Namibia on the southern bank of the Kunene River in the Hartmann Valley.
