8 Days Best Of Kenya Classic Safari
Day 1: Arrive At The JKIA Airport – Nairobi Hotel
Upon arrival at the Airport you will be met by our travel representative, and then be transferred to your hotel in Nairobi.
Overnight at Sarova Panafric Hotel
Day 2: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
After breakfast you will drive to Amboseli National park. Amboseli National Park lies south of Nairobi situated at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro and adjacent to the Tsavo West National Park. This is a home to the brightly painted and proud Masai tribe. The acacia woodlands and grasslands attract an abundance of game including elephant, buffalo, lion, and cheetah, spotted hyenas, among many other wild animals.
You will arrive in time for lunch. After lunch you will spend the afternoon at leisure. Later enjoy a PM game drive at the park.

Day 3: Full Day Amboseli National Park
You wil be woken up at 0600hrs for an early morning game viewing as early morning is the best time to see the animals in their natural habitat and to see the snow cap Mt Kilimanjaro which is seen in early mornings.
Later you will return to the lodge for a buffet breakfast, the rest of the morning will be spent at leisure with an optional visit to the Masai Manyattas.
You will enjoy your lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure before another game drive at the park in the evening.

Day 4: Amboseli – Lake Elementaita – Lake Nakuru National Park
Enjoy your breakfast at the lodge then drive via the Great Rift Valley Observation Point where you shall have a brief stop for photography you will then drive to Lake Nakuru Sopa and arrive in time for lunch. After lunch you will drive to Lake Nakuru for a game drive then return to your camp.
The Lake Nakuru National Park is world famous for the pink flamingos which number thousands upon thousands. The rare black rhino, the white rhino and many other wild animals can also be found here. There is also a very high chance of seeing the nocturnal and very elusive leopard.

Day 5: Lake Elementaita – Masai Mara Game Reserve
Enjoy your breakfast at the lodge then you will be driven across the vast plains on the floor of the Rift Valley, as you head to Narok town the district headquarters of the Maasai land. You will arrive in time for lunch at the lodge.
Afternoon will be spent at leisure. At around 1600hrs you will enjoy the first game drive at the magnificent reserve. The reserve, gazetted in 1961, is located west of the Rift Valley and is a natural extension of the Serengeti plains, in Tanzania. The Mara River, the reserve’s backbone, traverses north to south heading for its westbound way unto Lake Victoria, through the Tanzanian park. This course is the natural barrier crossed every year by the large migratory herds of wildebeests and zebras which march across the two parks.

Day 6: Full Day At Masai Mara
You will be woken up this morning to a lovely African sunrise and at the lobby coffee, tea and cookies will be ready for you. Drive off to another adventurous safari drive-in search of wild animals. The early mornings and evenings are the best times to watch the big cats hunt – the lion, the cheetah and the leopard. At these times the most glorious sunrise can be observed. Return to the lodge for a full buffet breakfast. Mid morning at leisure.
Balloon safaris, visits to Masai Manyattas and walking safaris can be arranged at an extra cost.
Lunch will be served in the restaurant after which you will have time to rest before the afternoon game drive. Your driver guide will take you for another exciting afternoon safari in search of the “big five” the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and the buffalo. After the game drive you will be driven back to the lodge.

Day 7: Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast you will drive to Lake Naivasha and arrive in time for lunch, after lunch you will spend the afternoon at leisure with optional activities at an extra cost.
Lake Naivasha is the highest of the Rift Valley Lakes and also the larger of the only two fresh water lakes; it lies about 1880 m. This lake is also a birdwatchers fantancy. There are over 450 Species in the immediate area including the highland escarpments which surround the lake to the south and west. The surrounding landscape is also host to a variety of game including giraffe, buffalo, the elusive black faced Columbus monkey and in the lake itself, schools of hippos that can also be seen grazing. Activities that can be arranged include horse-riding, bird watching, fishing, water sports, cycling, boat riding and nature trails.
Dinner and Overnight at Naivasha Sopa Lodge
Day 8: Lake Naivasha – Nairobi – Depart
After Breakfast depart for Nairobi. You will drive up the eastern wall of the Great Rift Valley, your driver guide will stop at strategic viewpoints for photography if necessary.
On arrival at Nairobi you will have lunch on your own arrangement then you will be transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta international airport for your home bound flight.
